Get your H1N1 Flu Vaccine!

The Shiawassee County Health Department is now scheduling appointments for H1N1 influenza vaccination!

The vaccination is FREE! 

Individuals in the following priority groups are currently eligible for the H1N1 influenza vaccine:

·       Pregnant women

·       People 6 months thru 24 years of age

·       People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age

·       Healthcare and emergency services personnel

·       People aged 25 thru 64 years who have health conditions associated with a higher risk of medical complications from influenza

People in these priority groups are at the highest risk for H1N1 influenza.  Once these groups are adequately vaccinated we will vaccinate anyone that requests the vaccine.
