Geriatric Health Screening Program

This is a free service for Shiawassee County Residents age 60 and older.  The service offers a health history review, blood sugar and cholesterol check, a complete blood count, blood pressure screening, Tetanus, flu, and pneumonia vaccinations, health teaching, and referrals as needed. 

It is not necessary to participate in all listed components of the program.  Home visits are available.
