The Shiawassee County Health Department is open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Closed on weekends and holidays.

Immunization Clinic (Corunna)

Clinics are on Wednesdays by appointment only.  A $15.00 fee per vaccine will be charged for children's vaccine provided by the state.  Adult vaccine and private pay children's vaccine - call for prices.  To schedule an appointment, call (989) 743-2356 or 1-800-859-4229.  If a parent is not accompanying the child to the immunization appointment, please call in advance to receive consent forms or consent forms may be accessed at the following link:

Commercial insurances – BlueCare Network, HealthPlus, PHP of  Mid-Michigan, Humana PPO, Medicare Part B for Flu vaccine only

Medicaid insurance – all qualified Medicaid HMO’s in Michigan; Straight Medicaid

MIChild insurance – HealthPlus only

WIC (Women, Infants and Children)   

Corunna WIC office is open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

MIChild & Healthy Kids

Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Program

Geriatric Health Screening

Free of charge to Shiawassee County residents 60 years and older.  Immunization update, health history, blood work, referrals, flu and pneumonia vaccine may be available.  Call for an appointment (989) 743‑2356
