Healthy Families (0-3)
Healthy Families is a voluntary program
designed to coordinate and enhance services to families in Shiawassee County
with children up to the age of 3 in an attempt to provide each child with a
healthy start.

Help make sure each child is properly immunized. | |

Improve family support system. |
A Family Support Worker can come to your home to find out
about you and your family's needs and concerns. The first visit usually
takes about an hour. For more information contact your local health
