A Family Support Worker can come to your home to find out
about you and your family's needs and concerns. The first visit usually
takes about an hour. For more information contact your local health

Healthy Families is designed to help with the
needs of you and your child. Having a young child can be
stressful for everyone. Healthy Families offers support
and information from a trained staff with experience working
with children and families. Healthy Families can assist
with helping you find baby supplies, diapers, and formula.
Our staff can help your family with current
needs such as employment, transportation, counseling, food and
health care. Healthy Families can assist in getting your
family in touch with people who can help.
Healthy Families will attempt to serve any
family with a child up to 3 years of age that meet the program
requirements. There are no income, gender or race
qualifications.
